Pull The Trigger
A while ago I met a guy in the industry who did something that I had never really seen before. Before he would go out at night he would take a sharpie marker and he would write “Pull The Trigger” as big and as clean as he could across his forearm.
In my eyes this was a great showing of dedication to the artform but to me the term means so much more than anything pickup could encompass.
Pulling the trigger means taking what you want in life no matter what it takes, no matter who stands in your way and no matter what life throws at you.
It’s not hesitating when the window of opportunity shows itself.
It’s not taking shit from anyone and staying true to who you are and what you believe in.
It’s never apologizing for what you believe to be right. It’s about bettering your life without ever batting an eyelash.
Pulling the trigger means never taking shit from anyone or accepting anything less than pristine behaviour from other people.
So for these reasons and thousands more which I could never articulate without it getting lost in translation… I got the goddamned phrase tattooed on me.

Being able to pull the Trigger is a very admirable thing… don’t of course I don’t want to admire it only. I want to be able to do it, to be proud that you an pull the trigger and to have enough passion and desire to bulldoze what’s in your way.
I mean the feeling you know bro, in exercise terms, you have to work your heart, get the pace up, cause if you aint, then you aint exercising, and you’re not pushing the boundaries then you’re not growing. and so on.
again, sick tattoo.
